Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Assist in solutioning and implementing configuration in Salesforce projects following best practices
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and support project teams, ensuring compliance with best practices for Salesforce implementation and project management.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively, and facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder approvals.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce project management, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and solutions.
• Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations and upgrades, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with clients, and managing project risks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 USD.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
