We are looking for a sharp, resourceful Salesforce Consultant to join our fully remote pack. In this role, you won’t just be completing tasks—you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients and a key builder of the solutions that drive their success. Role Responsibilities

Your role will be divided into several key areas:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Own the day-to-day delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, and support larger engagements as a workstream lead.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience through clear, consistent, and prompt communication.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones; run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status meetings using tools like Jira.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and hours against the SOW, flagging risks early and handling change requests with both the client and internal leadership.
• Coordinate work across developers, architects, and client stakeholders, keeping the team unblocked and aligned on priorities.
• Deliver clear, regular status reporting to clients and internal leadership, including progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Develop professional client-facing materials such as presentations, project plans, and executive summaries.

Solution Design, Configuration & Quality Assurance

• Translate client requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions at the admin level, including Flows, OmniScripts, custom fields, and Lightning pages, while adhering to best practices.
• Plan, manage, and execute testing, including UAT with clients, to validate that solutions meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Plan, manage, and execute data migration and loading using tools like data loader, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Track, triage, and collaborate with the technical team to resolve configuration issues and bugs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, decisions, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For (Required):

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects end to end, including timelines, scope, and client communication.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Proficiency with Jira, documentation tools, and data loading processes.
• Comfort using AI tools throughout the delivery process, particularly Claude, for work such as requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in direct client interaction, including running meetings and presenting to stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented and resourceful problem-solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to overcome project blockers.
• A collaborative team player adept at communicating effectively within a fully remote team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):

• Direct experience with Agentforce, Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service, and/or Marketing Cloud Growth.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role at a Salesforce implementation partner.
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA-sensitive environments).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, specifically App Builder and Advanced Administrator; a Salesforce Consultant certification, CSM, or PMP/CAPM is a plus.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 USD.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
