Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be divided into several key areas:

Client & Project Coordination

  • Represent the company in client interactions, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients to gather information, clarify needs, and provide project updates.
  • Understand client requirements at a high level and communicate them effectively to the project team.
  • Schedule and organize all client meetings and internal alignment meetings.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

Project Management & Execution

  • Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Monitor project status using JIRA to track tasks, log issues, and ensure work is progressing as scheduled.
  • Prepare and share regular project status reports to keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and blockers.

Documentation & Analysis

  • Take and distribute detailed notes after client and internal meetings, highlighting key points, action items, and next steps.
  • Accurately document project requirements, client feedback, and project progress.
  • Prepare and review client-facing documentation, including presentations, project plans, and timelines, ensuring all materials are professional and accurate.

Hands-On Solution Delivery

  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration to meet client requirements, such as setting up custom fields, lightning pages, flows, or minor adjustments.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure configurations and solutions meet client expectations.
  • Assist in data loading and migration as required, verifying data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For (Required):

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a strong comfort in direct client-facing interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for effective documentation.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, Confluence).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin, App Builder, etc.).

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):

  • Previous experience in a consulting, project management, or client-services role.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly encouraged (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA.
  • Experience with data loading processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader).
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the Healthcare and Lifesciences (HLS) industry.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 USD.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
