We are looking for a passionate and experienced Delivery Director to join our senior leadership team and drive the success of our most strategic client engagements.
Position Overview
The Delivery Director is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding our clients, leading our delivery teams, and architecting enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. This individual will blend deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a dedicated mentor to our consulting teams. You will play a critical role in the sales cycle, shape the vision for complex solutions, and ensure the highest standards of delivery excellence and innovation are met.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Partnership & Industry Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, translating their business objectives into transformative technology solutions.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge and expertise to provide clients with valuable insights and thought leadership, ensuring our solutions deliver a distinct competitive advantage.
- Ensure projects are properly staffed and forecasted with the correct resources to ensure appropriate delivery and utilization.
- Stay at the forefront of Salesforce innovations and industry trends, championing new technologies and approaches that drive success for our clients and our practice.
Sales & Pre-Sales Leadership
- Drive business growth by participating in late-stage sales cycles, leading solution discovery workshops, and presenting to prospective clients.
- Oversee the development of project proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and effort estimates, ensuring that solutions are scoped accurately and align with both client needs and our delivery capabilities.
Salesforce Solution Architecture & Governance
- Document, advise on, and lead the design of scalable, enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet complex client business requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance and oversee the solutions being implemented to ensure they are robust, secure, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology consulting and solution delivery, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Salesforce Architecture & Expertise: Deep experience designing and delivering large-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform (including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including data modeling, integration patterns, security, and platform governance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing technical and functional teams.
- Client-Facing Skills: Executive-level presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing directly to the sales and business development process.
- Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications and/or Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification are strongly preferred.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD.
Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
